Our stay at W Muscat was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was flawless. They even accommodated us with an early check-in and a late checkout, which gave us extra time to enjoy the hotel’s stunning amenities. A special shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Rami, who truly made our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking—one of the best in Muscat—and the pool area was just as impressive, with its chic design and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is modern and brand new, which added to the sense of luxury and comfort. Our room, along with the bathroom, felt like an architectural masterpiece, blending sleek design with ultimate comfort. Another highlight was the impeccable housekeeping service, with the room made up twice a day, making sure everything was always spotless and inviting. W Muscat was truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy each day of our summer vacation.

The hotel is very modern, the room was perfect for our 8 days stay (2 x 4 days), very clean, with a balcony with sea view. The bathroom has a very modern cut with nothing left to desire. The room was very good sound proof, even the Friday pool parties where not disturbing. The breakfast in Harvest surpassed our expectations in quality and diversity. If you add the very friendly employees, it makes the most amazing start of a day. If you still feel hungry during the day there is a very supportive service at the amazing pool who can deliver food from a rich menu. For dinner there are a few very good choices on the compound (Ba Ban was our top choice) or a few hundert meters outside of the compound, on the Way 2817 (towards the sea) a choice of more smaller diners (Persian, European, Turkish, Libanese etc.). The service of all the employees is amazingly prompt and exquisit.

The hotel is located by the sea, on a beautiful sandy beach. The pool is large and beautiful. There were enough sun beds and loungers of different types around the pool. The design of whole interior of the hotel rooms and lobby is very modern, contemporary. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has valet parking, which creates complete comfort for your stay. There is a super nice rooftop bar with very beautiful views. In my opinion, everything was great.

The staff were on point consistently, nothing was a hassle, everyone was friendly and went out of their way to ensuring we have a magic experience. It would be difficult to call out everyone, but wanted to mention Karen in the Living Room and a shout out to Hassan at the pool area that took time to ensure 1 on 1 personal attention, nothing was a hassle.
