Excellent location at the end of the Qurum beach. The Royal Opera House, Galeria and several excellent restaurants are just behind the hotel. Lovely to walk down the beach to much cheaper local restaurants and cafes. The “Wonderful” room with sea views was great, but avoid rooms above the Living Room if you don’t want the noise below. We only used the the Wet Deck for lunches and pool drinks. The pool is huge, relatively shallow and a reasonable temperature for swimming. Akiko, Ba Ban, & Fauchon restaurants were very good. Omani restaurants are a fraction of the price for a meal. The concierge arranged a dolphin watch & snorkeling trip by Siddar which was a great 3hr trip We’ll definitely stay again!

Well maintained and definitely felt premium Ordered food everyday from wet deck, thoroughly enjoyed it and very tasty Pool staff were very attentive I.e. providing bottled water regularly and also they were very friendly and welcoming everyday Great room (fabulous room) with good facilities. Well cleaned everyday by Alam-Ravindhar TV could be upgraded to smart features e.g. to enable streaming services Great selection of food at breakfast Staff very attentive and kind and cleaned plates away promptly

Everything. I travel extensively and this is one of few hotels which is absolutely perfect. From the check in staff, breakfast staff, room service staff, the guys that clean the rooms etc all amazing. The lady staff member at breakfast always remembered I liked a quiet area to eat. And that made me feel good knowing something so simple she remembered. Honestly this hotel and staff should be very proud of the hotel. Beds very comfortable, beautiful bathrooms. I cannot praise enough. I will certainly be back. I leave rested and with a smile on my face. The pool is the best, if your a pool walker like me it’s amazing Well done W Muscat

Exquisite - modern architecture with beautiful interior design. Everything was well thought through. The staff were on point consistently, nothing was a hassle, everyone was friendly and went out of their way to ensuring we have a magic experience. It would be difficult to call out everyone, but wanted to mention Karen in the Living Room and a shout out to Hassan at the pool area that took time to ensure 1 on 1 personal attention, nothing was a hassle.

Using the Wet Deck was amazing, the pool was fantastic with so many seating areas to choose from, and we were so well looked after by the Wet Deck team, especially Karim. Breakfast was amazing, with so many options to choose from, and we also enjoyed eating at Ba Ban. Will definitely return for another stay at W Muscat.
