We loved everything about the property. It was beautiful, grand and elegant. We decided to stay at W Muscat because we wanted a short paradise getaway, and the hotel provided us just that. The pool and bar areas were beautiful (though I wish it had deeper sections). The room was bright, comfortable and spacious. Everything was spotless and clean — not just the bathroom, bathtubs and rooms but all of the facilities. We came during Eid holidays, and they were very helpful in letting us know information about food and alcohol rules at the time. The restaurant and Siddharta bar were aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. We tried an Iftar Buffet and two days of breakfast. Frankly, the Iftar buffet was disappointing, as most of the food was just ok and kind of cold. We would not recommend the Iftar buffet, but would recommend you to try the breakfast once. Just your typical breakfast, but the pastries and desserts saved it! Amazinggg danish pastries and sweet things. Service was top notch, the housekeeping, front office, waiters and waitresses. Safe to say, apart from the food, we had a smashing time at W Muscat!

From its superb location right by the sea – close to the Royal Opera House and just a short walk from the lively Qurum walking strip – everything about this hotel makes it an absolute joy to return to. The staff are incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready with a smile – it truly feels like arriving at a familiar and welcoming place. One of the highlights is the weekly DJ event by the pool, which brings a fantastic energy to the entire area without ever feeling intrusive. The Siddharta Lounge by Buddha-Bar is another gem – offering delicious food, perfectly crafted drinks, and sublime events that make each evening feel special. This wasn’t my first stay at the W Muscat, and it certainly won’t be my last. It’s a place that keeps calling you back – stylish, warm, and unforgettable.

Lovely to walk down the beach to much cheaper local restaurants and cafes. The “Wonderful” room with sea views was great, but avoid rooms above the Living Room if you don’t want the noise below. We only used the the Wet Deck for lunches and pool drinks. The pool is huge, relatively shallow and a reasonable temperature for swimming. Akiko, Ba Ban, & Fauchon restaurants were very good. Omani restaurants are a fraction of the price for a meal. The concierge arranged a dolphin watch & snorkeling trip by Siddar which was a great 3hr trip We’ll definitely stay again!

Well maintained and definitely felt premium Ordered food everyday from wet deck, thoroughly enjoyed it and very tasty Pool staff were very attentive I.e. providing bottled water regularly and also they were very friendly and welcoming everyday Great room (fabulous room) with good facilities. Well cleaned everyday by Alam-Ravindhar TV could be upgraded to smart features e.g. to enable streaming services Great selection of food at breakfast Staff very attentive and kind and cleaned plates away promptly

From the check in staff, breakfast staff, room service staff, the guys that clean the rooms etc all amazing. The lady staff member at breakfast always remembered I liked a quiet area to eat. And that made me feel good knowing something so simple she remembered. Honestly this hotel and staff should be very proud of the hotel. Beds very comfortable, beautiful bathrooms. I cannot praise enough. I will certainly be back. I leave rested and with a smile on my face. The pool is the best, if your a pool walker like me it’s amazing Well done W Muscat
